How we ship

We ship worldwide.  We use US Postal service First Class mail for small packages like our pen potions that weigh less than a pound (up to 15.9 ounces).  For packages that weigh over 1 pound, we use US Postal Service Priority Mail or United Parcel Service.  When you purchase your items from us title to those items passes from us to you, the buyer, when placed we place it in the hands of the shipping service.  Because we can not know all of the rules and the the integrity of the local postal or mail service in every international location, we can not be responsible for your item(s) that are mishandled once they leave our control.  US Postal Service international packages are handed by them to the postal services in your country for final delivery.  If you have any concerns about the integrity of your home country or local postal service, please contact us to arrange delivery via a shipper that we do business with whom you trust.  Some countries have instituted the practice of collecting customs duty on packages at the time of shipment and we rely on the terms and shipping cost and policies imposed on us by the shipper, which we pass on to you.

We want every customer to be extremely pleased with their purchase. Our record demonstrates how conscientiously we strive to make customers happy.  Sometimes we can satisfy initial concerns with a little advice or helpful suggestions.  However, If within 5 business days of receiving the item, you are not satisfied, you may contact us via email or via our Contact-Us form and we will work to see if there is anything that can be done to satisfy your concern. Failing that, we will supply you with our Return Authorization Number.  In fairness, the returned item must arrive in the same condition as received by you and be returned with all of the accessories and original product packaging.  If the item you purchased was a new pen that was never inked when purchased, and you have inked it, your refund may be reduced by up to $25 of the purchase price to cover cleaning and restocking costs. Items received without the approved Return Authorization number may be returned to you with no refund.

For security and privacy reasons, we use 3rd party payment services like Zelle, PayPal, Square, Venmo, and a few others as seen at checkout on this website.  They have super-secure and encrypted payment processing for debit, credit, and ETF .  Full payment at time of purchase is the only automated option we offer.  At our discretion we may accept payment directly from you via debit or credit card over the phone.  Once such a transaction has been processed, we destroy any credit card data you provide.  Any other arrangements must be made in advance via direct communication with us via email or the Contact Us form on this website. These could include some installment payment plans, and bank wire transfer arrangements.
