Pensbury Manor Pen Potion No.10 SuperShine Finish and Sealer dries to a crystal clear finish that leaves a bright polished surface.  Although Pen Potion No.10 was created to add a bright shine top-coat for pens that have been treated with Pennsbury Manor Pen Potion No.9, Pen Potion No.10 will also deepen the color of Red Hard Rubber, Mottled Hard Rubber, and Rosewood Hard Rubber Pens too.
